Certified Arabic translation services

Certified Arabic translation for immigration, marriage, business and education, and embassy legalization for documents going to the Middle East and North Africa.

We work with documents from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Yemen and Morocco, and with Arabic-speaking clients anywhere in the United States.

Names and dates

Arabic names can be romanized in several ways, and some documents give dates in the Hijri calendar. We follow the spelling in your passport and give Gregorian equivalents where helpful, so that translations match across your file.

Apostille or legalization

Arabic-speaking countries differ. Morocco, Tunisia, Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia accept apostilles, while others, such as the United Arab Emirates and Qatar, require embassy legalization. We confirm the route for your destination before starting.

Frequently asked questions

Do you legalize US documents for the UAE?

Yes. The UAE requires authentication and legalization rather than an apostille. We manage the full chain, including the Arabic translation when required.

Can you translate handwritten Arabic documents?

Yes, provided the handwriting is legible. Anything unclear is marked as illegible rather than guessed.

How much does a certified Arabic translation cost?

It depends on the document, its length, the translation direction and your deadline. Send the document through the quote form or to info@abc-offices.com and you receive a written quote before any work begins.

Request a quote

Prices depend on the document, the language pair, the destination country and your deadline, so every request gets its own written quote. Attach your documents if you have them; it makes the quote exact.
